Return Policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product presented to him by the store within seven days from the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to replace the product after the seven days have passed. 2- To replace the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or gained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to replace the product, and in international replacement, the consumer bears all shipping costs and delivering the product to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated. The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases: 1- If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer. 2- If the trial period has expired within seven days. 3- If more than 5 grams of oud has been used. 4- If oud oil has been used on the skin. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
